Refund Policy

1. Overview

ZIVOLABS is committed to fair and transparent refund practices in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act 2019. This policy applies to all purchases made through zivolabs.org.

2. Not Approved for Medication

If you complete our health assessment, make a payment, and our licensed doctor determines you are not suitable for GLP-1 medication — you will receive a FULL REFUND within 7 business days. No questions asked.

3. Consultation Fees

Once a video consultation has been completed with a licensed doctor, the consultation fee component (25% of total payment) is non-refundable, regardless of outcome. This fee compensates the licensed medical professional for their time.

4. Medication Not Delivered

If your medication is not delivered due to:

•        Pharmacy error — full replacement shipped within 48 hours at no cost

•        Cold chain failure (medication arrived warm) — full replacement shipped

•        Lost in transit — full replacement shipped or full refund at your choice

•        Incorrect medication sent — full replacement shipped within 24 hours

5. Cancellation Before Shipment

•        Cancel within 24 hours of payment, before doctor review: Full refund

•        Cancel after doctor review but before shipment: Refund minus consultation fee (25%)

•        Cancel after shipment: No refund for that month's medication

6. Monthly Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next month, you must cancel at least 48 hours before your next billing date. Cancellation takes effect from the next billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for unused days in a billing period.

7. Weight Loss Guarantee

ZIVOLABS offers a consultation fee refund guarantee subject to ALL of the following conditions being met:

•        You have completed a minimum of 3 consecutive months on the program

•        You have attended all scheduled doctor consultations

•        You have completed all monthly check-in forms

•        You have taken your medication as prescribed (4 injections per month)

•        You have not lost any measurable weight (verified by your logged weight entries)

•        You submit a refund request within 14 days of completing your 3rd month

Upon meeting all conditions, we will refund your consultation fees (25% of total paid). Medication costs are non-refundable as the medication was dispensed by a licensed pharmacy.

This guarantee does not apply if the program was discontinued at doctor's recommendation for medical reasons.

8. How to Request a Refund

•        Email: help@zivolabs.org with subject 'Refund Request'

•        Include your full name, registered email, and reason for refund

•        Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days

•        Refunds are credited to the original payment method only
