3. Purpose of Data Collection

• To assess your eligibility for our weight management program

• To facilitate your consultation with a licensed medical practitioner

• To enable your doctor to issue an appropriate prescription

• To coordinate medicine dispensing and delivery by our pharmacy partners

• To process your subscription payments

• To provide you with program support, refill reminders, and health guidance

• To comply with applicable Indian healthcare and data protection laws

4. Data Sharing

Your data is shared ONLY with the following categories of partners, strictly for the purpose of your treatment:

• Licensed medical practitioners (doctors) for your consultation and prescription

• Licensed pharmacies for dispensing your prescribed medication

• Diagnostic labs (e.g. Thyrocare) if lab tests are required

• Logistics partners (e.g. Shiprocket) for medicine delivery

• Payment processors (Razorpay) for transaction processing

• Teleconsultation platforms (e.g. DocOn) for hosting your video consultation

We NEVER sell your data. We NEVER share your data with advertisers, marketing companies, or any third party for commercial purposes unrelated to your treatment.

5. Data Storage & Security

• All data is stored on servers located within India

• Health data is encrypted in transit (SSL/TLS) and at rest

• Access to health data is restricted to authorised medical personnel only

• Payment data is handled by Razorpay under PCI-DSS compliance standards

• We retain your data for the period required by applicable Indian law (minimum 3 years for medical records under Drugs & Cosmetics Rules)

6. Your Rights as Data Principal

Under the DPDP Act 2023, you have the following rights:

• Right to access: Request a copy of your personal data we hold

• Right to correction: Request correction of inaccurate personal data

• Right to erasure: Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)

• Right to withdraw consent: Withdraw consent for data processing at any time

• Right to grievance redressal: File a complaint with our Grievance Officer
