ZIVOLABS believes every patient deserves excellent care, complete transparency, and total respect. This Patient Bill of Rights outlines what you are entitled to as a ZIVOLABS patient.

Your Rights as a ZIVOLABS Patient

1. Right to Safe, Quality Care

You have the right to receive care from qualified, NMC-registered medical practitioners who meet the highest standards of clinical practice.

2. Right to Informed Consent

You have the right to receive complete information about your proposed treatment, including benefits, risks, alternatives, and the name and credentials of your treating doctor — before agreeing to any treatment.

3. Right to Refuse Treatment

You have the right to refuse any medication or treatment at any time, without any penalty or impact on your access to other services.

4. Right to Privacy & Confidentiality

Your health information is private. It will only be shared with medical professionals directly involved in your care, and never sold or shared for marketing. Your data is protected under the DPDP Act 2023.

5. Right to Access Your Records

You have the right to request a copy of your prescriptions, consultation notes, and health records at any time by emailing help@zivolabs.org.

6. Right to Dignified Treatment

You have the right to be treated with respect, dignity, and compassion — regardless of age, gender, religion, caste, or socioeconomic status.

7. Right to Second Opinion

You have the right to seek a second medical opinion at any time. ZIVOLABS will provide your medical records to support this.

8. Right to Know Your Doctor

You have the right to know the name, qualification, and NMC registration number of every doctor who treats you. This information is verifiable at nmc.org.in.

9. Right to Complain

You have the right to file a complaint about any aspect of our service. All complaints are investigated and resolved within 30 days. Contact: help@zivolabs.org

10. Right to Cancel Anytime

You have the right to cancel your subscription and discontinue your program at any time, without facing any penalty or harassment.
